THE MEDTECH QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

MEDTECH ROBOTICS IKE main objective is to provide a high and stable level of medical quality equipment products and services. With the aim of continuous improvement and development of its operations and the satisfaction of its customers, the organization developed and implements a dynamic, comprehensive Quality Management System, with emphasis on the following areas:

• Fully responding to customer data and requirements, both at the level of products and related services provided, through the clear and continuous identification of their needs
• Continuous upgrading and improvement, through planned and continuous reviews
• Compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements
• The continuous exploitation of the system, so that the data collected are constantly exploited through key performance indicators.

The Management considers that the Quality Management System certification is actually a lever for the modernization and rationalization of its operating procedures in the production of products and services of constant quality.

The Quality Management Officer is responsible for the complete implementation and update of the Quality Management System at all levels of the company's operation.

The Management gives its full support and maximum priority to the Quality Management System and, in consultation with the staff, undertakes to apply its specifications to achieve the above objectives. In order to achieve the above, the company implements a Quality Management System according to EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

All employees are responsible for working together to ensure the company's commitment to Quality. Efforts to continuously improve the quality offered are permanent and the results are measurable. Finally, the Management ensures that the Quality Policy is constantly known and understood by the staff through continuous information, internal audits and reviews of the System.
